By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. This store is operated by Coffig for Life, LLC (“Coffig,” “we,” “us”), a Washington-based, Oregon-registered limited liability company.
Orders & payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error — with a full refund of anything charged. Subscriptions renew automatically on your chosen schedule until paused or cancelled (see our Shipping & Returns page).
Products & health information
Coffig is a food product, not a medicine. Content on this site — including summaries of published research about caffeine — is provided for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your doctor with any health questions.
Reviews & submitted content
By submitting a review or other content, you grant Coffig a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in connection with the store. We may moderate and decline to publish content that is offensive, off-topic, or fraudulent. Review rewards, when offered, are provided for honest reviews regardless of rating.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffig's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law.
