Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States via USPS from our facility in Washington State. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days; you'll receive tracking by email the moment your label is created.

• Free economy shipping on orders of $75 or more.
• For other orders, live carrier rates (economy, standard, and express options) are calculated at checkout.
• We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your first clear morning. If something isn't right, email info@coffig.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

• Damaged or incorrect orders:tell us within 14 days of delivery (a quick photo helps) and we'll replace the item or refund you in full — no return shipment needed.
• Unopened products:returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made the error.
• Opened products:because Coffig is a food product, we can't restock opened bags — but if your first bag genuinely isn't for you, reach out. We'd rather keep a friend than a sale.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same shipping and return policies. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@coffig.com. Cancellations take effect before your next billing date as long as we hear from you before the renewal is processed.
