Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email, shipping address, and the items you purchase, so we can fulfill and support your order.
• Account information — email and password if you create an account (passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see or store them in plain text).
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
• Communications — emails you send us, reviews you submit, and your marketing email preferences.

How we use it

To fulfill orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your messages, improve the store, and — only if you haven't opted out — send occasional marketing email. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, honored immediately and permanently.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to run the store — Stripe (payments), EasyPost/USPS (shipping labels and delivery), Google Firebase (hosting, database, authentication), Google Analytics (traffic measurement), Meta (advertising measurement — see below), and Resend (email) — each bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Cookies and measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find the store and which pages help them, which sets cookies in your browser holding a random identifier — never your name, email, or order details. We also keep our own lightweight page counter, which uses no cookies at all.

We additionally use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us measure whether our ads and emails actually reach people, and lets us show Coffig ads to people who have visited this site. The Pixel sets cookies and shares with Meta the pages you visit here, the actions you take (like viewing a product, joining the Challenge, or completing a purchase and its amount), and standard device information such as your IP address. Meta may associate this with your Facebook or Instagram account under Meta's own privacy policy. We never send Meta your password, payment details, or the contents of your messages to us.

If you'd rather not be measured: your browser's tracking protection blocks both tools, you can adjust what Meta does with this data in your Meta ad preferences, and Google's opt-out add-on blocks Analytics. Nothing about the store stops working when any of these are blocked.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email — it works in one click, immediately and permanently. If you live in a state or country with privacy laws granting you rights to access, correct, or delete your data (such as California's CCPA or the EU's GDPR), we honor those requests for everyone, resident or not. To access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email info@coffig.com and we'll take care of it. Note that we retain order records as required for tax and accounting compliance.
