The 10-Day Caffeine
Freedom Challenge
Keep the ritual. Lose the leash.
Most people who quit caffeine quit the whole morning along with it — and that's why it doesn't stick. This Challenge does the opposite. You swap cups for Coffig one at a time, so the warm dark cup never leaves your hand and withdrawal never gets a foothold. Ten days later the ritual is still yours. The dependence isn't.

How It Works
Three steps, then we take it from there
1
You join
First name and email. That's the whole form. We'll send you a note explaining how the ten days run.
2
Your Coffig arrives
We hold your spot until the bag is actually in your hands — then we nudge you: ready to start?
3
You pick Day 1
You choose the start date, not us. From that morning, two short emails a day for ten days.
The Plan
We replace the ritual instead of ripping it away
A morning email with the one thing to do that day. An afternoon email for the 2 p.m. window — a get-through-it tip, a piece of caffeine trivia, and some encouragement. Short enough to read standing up.
Swap your first cup
Just the first one. Everything else stays exactly as it is.
Swap a second cup
Two cups down. Front-load your water and the headache stays small.
Down to one
Halfway. This is where you find out you missed the cup, not the caffeine.
Fully caffeine-free
Every cup is Coffig today. Same mug, same morning, no leash.
Real energy, on purpose
Sunlight, movement, water. The afternoon crash gets noticeably smaller.
You're free
You kept the cup and lost the master. Graduation day.
One honest note before you start
Coffig is not a stimulant and we will never pretend it is. It is roasted organic figs — naturally caffeine-free, not stripped. What it gives you is the cup: warm, dark, low-acid, faintly sweet. The energy is supposed to come from rest, and by Day 10 most people find it does.
You'll want a bag on hand before Day 1 — the whole plan depends on having something to swap into.
